2. Choose the larger size if your size between two sizes. Please allow 2-3cm differences due to manual measurement.

We ship worldwide, and here's the best bit... it's 100% free on orders above $35 no matter where you live! As part of our
ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our
products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but
every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

All orders placed on wtchin.com are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window
prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
● Domestic US 7-30 Business Days
● International 🌎 12-35 Business Days

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your
tracking information.

Shipping Methods:

Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.

Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we
cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to
completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered
due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control
over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend
opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking
is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest
contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation
email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may
take up to 48 hours to validate.

6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return
shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your
refund.

7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our
international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are
non-refundable.

Something not quite right?

We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all
products that havent been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue
a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.

2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking
number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned
order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on
your bank.

4. Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt of the returned item.
